Recycling or Dumpster diving?

Definition Dumpster diving (DD):
is the practice of sifting through commercial or residential trash to find items that have been discarded for being unusable by their owners, but may be useful to the Dumpster diver. The practice of Dumpster diving is also known variously urban foraging, binning, alley surfing, D-Mart, Dumpstering, garbing, garbage picking, garbage gleaning, skip-raiding, skip diving, skipping, skipweaselling, tatting, skallywagging, or trashing.

Of course this is not happening in our beloved country The State of Kuwait because, WE RECYCLE, in an astonishing method though.

Many of us (or i might be the only one who) see a Bengali men sneaking through our garbages looking for cans, or whatever they find useful. Ever wondered why and what they do with it?

Why? because they came to promise land to earn the gold they dreamed of, but this gold suddenly became 19 K.D a month and it's not a guaranteed salary by the way. So the solution was to search all the houses garbages and collect cans (not to mention the mess after opening the garbage bag) and then sell them to? i tired to understand who but all i understood was its a place in Amqara.
